David considers the title of “consultant” superior to that of agent in that he believes the real estate consultant should advise, assist and educate clients through the process of buying or selling real estate to the end of enabling them to make real estate decisions with optimum financial – and personal – impact. Additionally, a true real estate consultant doesn’t abandon the relationship after a transaction is completed.
